We stand behind the quality of our decluttering services. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service on every project.

Service Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:

  • Review your concerns and assess the situation
  • Schedule a follow-up visit to address any issues at no additional charge
  • Make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations
  • Provide additional guidance or support as needed

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the service contract
  • Significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through adjustments
  • Cancellation by Vorxyrelyz due to unforeseen circumstances

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. Partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of services completed and the nature of the concern.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consultation fees for initial assessments
  • Services that were completed as agreed and approved by the client
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled appointments
  • Client decisions regarding items to keep, donate, or discard
  • Third-party costs such as donation pickups or disposal fees

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with the following terms:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund of any deposits
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% of deposit retained
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Full deposit retained

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify the scope of services during a project:

  • Additional services can be added with adjusted pricing
  • Reduced services may result in partial refunds at our discretion
  • All modifications must be agreed upon in writing

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns amicably. If you have an issue with our services:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
  • We will investigate the matter thoroughly
  • We will propose a fair resolution within 5 business days
  • If we cannot reach an agreement, mediation may be pursued
